As a first nation person I have mixed feelings on the assign readings. Yes I believe that business is business and it needs to make money, however, as I read the articles for class I am truly mad at the fact that these little injustices happen back in the day and are stilll happening today. But I understand now why they did what they decide to do the dancing merely to change their fate and take that opportunity. This is also so true to this day and age, My sister-in-law purchases mug with native picture and saying on them and recently found out that the behind this business is a non-native.

As for the pros and cons of the probleming solving I like the all inclusion of asking everyone their views of these problems solving it goes back to a theory that many heads are better than one, because of the more possible solutions. In addition to this is the individuals have a time to speak and listen to the other view points. However the cons of this process is the timing of it. All this process can be time consuming when a solution needs to be made quickly and that doesn't allow decission to be made in such a lengthtly time.
